Measuring an impressive 65' from stem to stern; the Alii Nui is exceptionally well maintained. Licensed for 99 passengers, however restricted to 60 passengers to provide superior service, Alii Nui is under sail whenever possible (depending on winds).

Alii Nui and her expert crew treat you to a memorable evening! We set the sail and chase the sun as it sinks into the distant horizon of the azure waters of the South Pacific. Enjoy a delicious array of delicious appetizers set upon the "Captains Table" in our comfortable, covered cabin.

Sunset Sail Appetizer Menu:
Roasted pepper & Garlic Hummus with Pita Bread, Teriyaki Chicken, Barbeque Pulled Pork with Rolls, Zesty Pasta Salad, Caesar Salad Wraps, Shrimp Cocktail, Red Wine Poached Pear with spiced pecan & blue cheese on endive,  Fresh Pineapple, Assortment of Cheese and Crackers with Fruit Garnish, Crudités of Island Vegetables and Spinach Dip, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies.

Beverage:
Mai Tai's, Rum Drinks, Champagne, Imported/Domestic Beer, Red & White Wine, Sodas & Juices.
